Squid Fishing Guide by Our Cruise Team

• Use the Right Gear: We provide all the necessary equipment, including specialized bamboo rods and luminescent lures perfectly designed to attract squid in these waters.
• Follow the Light: Squid are naturally drawn to the bright spotlights cast onto the water from the side of the cruise ship. Drop your line near these illuminated patches for the best results.
• Practice Patience: Drop your line into the water, reel it up slightly so it suspends above the seabed, and wait. Once you feel a gentle tug or a sudden heaviness, pull the rod upward swiftly to secure your catch.

IndoChina Heritage experince in Ha Long Bay, Vietname

Our experience with IndoChina Heritage with the Manager, Happy Buddha in Ha Long bay was etremely wonderful. Staff were helpful, courteous, friendly and accomodating. The food was really great, we cannot say no to everything they offer on the table. The room was clean and tidy, feeling like it was our Vietnam's once-in-a-lifetime experience. 5/5 stars for the trip, the food, the crew and the view.

Perfect!

Delicious food- and they made sure we had vegan meals - nothing was too much trouble.
The cabin we had was decorated so nicely, really cosy (the aircon was great)
Comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, truly no downside to our stay

Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing vessel, such kindness from all involved. Chef was very accommodating to all dietary requirements also!

Fabulous

Staff greeted us warmly for our boat cruise .The boat or Jug was an old girl lovely timber outlay. Great rooms. Our cruise manager Happy Budda was cheerful friendly and helpful. The food was delisious the tour experience was great the sung sot mountains lifting out of the ocean amazing..fab experience.
